What are the compatible devices for using Notle?

Notle is accessible via our web application on all platforms.

How long does Notle retain audio recordings?

We immediately delete all audio files after sessions have been processed. Once your notes are generated, the original recordings are permanently removed from our systems.

Is my data HIPAA compliant?

Yes, Notle is fully HIPAA compliant. All data, including audio recordings, notes, and metric data, are encrypted both in transit and at rest. We employ state-of-the-art security measures to protect your data and maintain strict access controls.

Do I need to inform my clients that I'm using Notle?

Yes, it's recommended to inform your clients that you're using a secure, HIPAA-compliant note-taking assistant. This transparency helps maintain trust and ensures clients are aware of how their session information is being processed.

What happens if I lose internet connection during a session?

Notle is designed to handle temporary internet disruptions. The system will attempt to save your recording locally and resume uploading when the connection is restored. For best results, ensure you have a stable internet connection before starting a session.

Can I edit my notes after they're generated?

Yes, you can review and edit all notes before finalizing them. We recommend reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy before adding it to your official records.
